General Features

Sanding unit（S）

560 sanding unit, the max. Sanding thickness is 60mm, sanding belt speed(frequency step-less speed regulation) is 0-14m/min, it also have auto. Swing function; sand the straight line with shape. The pressing module have auto-scaling function, ensure the sanding quality of workpiece and accuracy. The sanding unit it can adjust -45° to +90°, strong practicality, it have good sanding effect for different workpiece (solid wood MDF board and so on).

Sanding head (W)

The max. Sanding thickness is 80mm, sanding belt speed (frequency step-less speed regulation) is 0-12m/min, sanding head use standard abrasive wheel, it have auto. Compensation function, ensure the sanding belt to be fully use. It can select the sanding tool according to the shape of workpiece, machine also have auto-scaling function, ensure the sanding quality of workpiece and accuracy. The sanding unit it can adjust -45° to +45°, strong practicality, it’s mainly for light sanding process, it have good sanding effect for different workpiece (solid wood、MDF board and so on).
