The use of a 2.2 kW high-frequency motor effectively prevents edge breakage by milling the adhesive surface of the workpiece, reduces adhesive lines, and provides a more aesthetic edge banding.

It is used to apply glue to the edge banding tape. The glue pot is a top-mounted glue pot that automatically draws the glue into the fast pre-melting box and then injects it into the glue pot through the pre-melting box. The advantage of the top-mounted glue pot is that it prevents glue carbonization and results in a thinner glue line. This gluing method ensures stronger adhesion by using adhesive in the shaping section and on the flat edge of the panel, providing more stable edge banding.

Angled Edge Pressing Device: The flat edge and angled edge sections are alternately pressed and shaped to ensure stronger adhesion.

There are a total of 2 motors for alignment, divided into front alignment and rear alignment, which are used to align the edge banding end surface. This system uses special saw blades to make the cutting surface smoother.
